We can't wait to share one of our favorite places with some of our favorite people!

Whether you're visiting Winston-Salem for the first time or you've been here before, we hope you'll have a chance to enjoy the city, grab a great meal, and spend a little extra time with friends and family throughout the weekend. Here's everything you need to plan your trip.

Getting here

Flying

The closest airport is Greensboro (GSO), which is about a 20-minute drive from downtown Winston-Salem and will be the most convenient option for most guests. If you're looking for additional flight options, Charlotte (CLT) is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away, and Raleigh-Durham (RDU) is about 1 hour 30 minutes away. All three airports offer straightforward, easy drives to Winston-Salem.

Uber and Lyft are readily available from all three airports. Expect rides to downtown Winston-Salem to cost approximately $50–75 from GSO and $120–150 from CLT or RDU, depending on time of day and demand.

Getting around

Rental cars are available at all airports, but unless you're planning to explore beyond Winston-Salem, you likely won't need one. Our venue, hotel accommodations, restaurants, bars, and many local attractions are all located in or near downtown, making it easy to get around on foot or with a short rideshare trip.

Staying here

Downtown Winston-Salem

Our venue is located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, making it easy to stay, dine, and celebrate without needing to venture far. Most downtown hotels are within walking distance of our venue, and anything else is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away.

We're currently exploring hotel room blocks and will share additional details as they become available. If you'd like to book your accommodations early, here are a few options we recommend:

Courtyard Winston-Salem Downtown: Located right next door to our venue, this is the closest and most convenient option for wedding weekend. You can't beat the location!

Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Winston-Salem: One of our personal favorites. We've had consistently great experiences with both the staff and service, and it's an easy walk to restaurants, bars, and downtown attractions.

Kimpton Cardinal Hotel: Located in Winston-Salem's iconic Reynolds Building, the architectural inspiration for the Empire State Building, the Kimpton offers beautiful Art Deco charm, upscale accommodations, and one of the most unique hotel experiences in the city.

Hotel Indigo Winston-Salem Downtown: A stylish boutique hotel in the center of downtown, Hotel Indigo is within walking distance of the venue and many of our favorite local spots.
